Delivery Information

Shipping & Delivery

If your item is in stock we will do our best to send out your order within 1 to 2 days (subject to stock availability). In busy times, it may take us a little longer. Depending how much it weighs, your order will be shipped by Royal Mail second class standard parcel, or by Special Delivery, in which case a signature will be required when you receive the parcel.

Please call us to discuss expediting your order. Delivery costs will change depending on weight and speed of delivery.

Overseas Deliveries

For Overseas deliveries (outside of UK) please contact us for a quote for delivery costs.

Re-Delivery

Please provide us with an address where parcels can be received, as once orders have been returned due to not being collected, a re-delivery charge of £4.95 will be incurred.

Returns Policy

Unwanted Products 

We offer a 14 day no quibble guarantee so you can send any item you are not completely happy with back to us unused, along with any original tags attached, and in a resaleable condition. We will refund you the price you paid for that item (excluding P&P). We will make the refund to the debit/credit card used to pay for the goods within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.

Jewellery Returns:

For reasons of hygiene earrings cannot be returned for any reason unless proven faulty when purchased.

Faulty Products:

We try our best here at Art Room 59 to ensure that products we send arrive in good condition. However, if the product you ordered arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide you with a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us within 14 days of receipt.

Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods:

No refund can be given if the goods are returned more than 14 days after the invoice date, unless a fault is found with the product(s). We regret we cannot give refunds for postage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves, and so for your own protection, we recommend returning the items using an insured method, such as recorded delivery, that will need to be signed for by us, for expensive items. On lesser value items, you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. No charge is made by the post office for this service.

All of our online card transactions are handled by Paypal, or in the case of a payment made by phone, covered by RBS Worldpay, which offers 128-bit encryption covering all credit card transactions, to ensure that your details are protected at all times.
