Shipping & Delivery
We will do our absolute best to dispatch your order within 5 to 7 working days. Many of our hand crafted items however are MADE TO ORDER and may take up to 2 weeks form time of order. Delivery timescale may be noted in the item description, or you will be advised at the time of order. Unfortunately , mistakes can happen and in the event of your item being marked as available, but is out of stock, you will be advised of a likely timescale or offered a full refund.
Your order will be shipped by Royal Mail second class standard postage.

For Overseas deliveries (outside of UK) please contact us for a quote for delivery options and costs.
Please provide us with an address where parcels can be received, as once orders have been returned due to not being collected, a re-delivery charge of £5.95 will be incurred.
For Unwanted Products
We offer a 14 day no quibble guarantee so you can send any item you are not completely happy with back to us, in the original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. We will refund in full (excluding P&P), using the same payment method used to purchase the goods. Refunds will be made within 14 days, on receipt of the returned, undamaged goods. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.
For Faulty Products:
We try our best here at Art Room 59 to ensure that products we send arrive in perfect condition. However, if the product you ordered arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide you with a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us within 14 days of receipt.
Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods:
No refund can be given if the goods are returned more than 14 days after purchase, unless a fault is found with the product(s). We regret we cannot give refunds for postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
NB, you are responsible for the safe return of items. For your own protection, please use an insured method e.g. recorded delivery, or proof of postage receipt. No charge is made by the post office for this service.
For reasons of hygiene earrings cannot be returned for any reason unless proven faulty when purchased.
